Course 1: Blood Orange Salad - Mixed greens, shaved fennel, frisée, pistachio, and blood orange vinaigrette

Course 2: Cauliflower Smoked Gouda Soup - Roasted cauliflower, smoked gouda, and toast

Course 3: French Chicken Pins - Confit chicken pins, roasted carrots, and cherry kirsch

Course 4: Oven Roasted Beef Tenderloin - Charcoal rubbed tenderloin medallions, potato puree, and zinfandel demi-glaze
