Berry Rosé Sangria & the Perfect Sangria Bar

Burklee Hill Sangria Bar

Sangria is versatile, delicious and easy to make! While we love setting up Sangria Bars for special events in the tasting room, you can recreate this at home as well! Simply add a charcuterie board and your Sangria Bar is complete!

Burklee Hill Sangria Bar Charcuterie

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle chilled Burklee Hill Vineyards Rosé

  • 1/2 bottle chilled Tropicana Strawberry Peach Juice

  • 2 cans chilled club soda

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

  • 1 cup blackberries and/or blueberries

  • 1 lime sliced

  • 1 large orange sliced

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in drink dispenser. Stir and soak fruit for 1 hour.

  • Pour over ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.

The great thing about Sangria is you can modify your own recipe however you would prefer. Raspberries and apple slices would be equally delicious. And, feel free to sample right away if you would rather not wait the entire hour! If you don’t have time to chill the beverages, serve over ice to chill. A lovely charcuterie board is the perfect food pairing for sangria. Add a lovely floral arrangment (ours is from Grayce Floral). You can add large goblets or glasses! Enjoy!
